You should use this form to submit information to comply with the requirements of a condition on your permission.
Please be aware that not all conditions require information to be submitted for approval and not all conditions are able to be discharged, as they remain relevant for the lifetime of the development approved.
Please read the wording of your condition carefully before submitting this form.
If you do submit information in relation to a condition that doesn’t require to be discharged we will assume you require written confirmation that there are no outstanding requirements to purify that condition and will process your request accordingly.
Before starting this form, you will need to know the following information:
- The Planning application reference number that was provided when the planning permission was approved.
- The number of the conditions which you are seeking approval for.
Cost of application
- The fee per condition is £120 including VAT
Online payment will be requested at the end of this form. Have a credit or debit card ready before starting.
