Submit a notification of commencement or completion of development
You can use this form to notify the planning team of the commencement or completion of development.
Before starting this form, you will need to know the following information:
- Planning approval reference number
- Development site address
If you would like to certify the completion of development by receiving a certificate, for a Residential development, the following information will be required:
- Amount of units to be covered in the certificate - There is a fee of £162 (including VAT) per residential unit/household extension for the Completion of Development certificate and this is non-refundable.
- Full details of the units
Online payment will be requested at the end of this form. Have a credit or debit card ready before starting.
For a Non-Residential development, this will be assessed by a member of the Development Management team and you will be emailed the cost and instructions for payment. Fees start from £468 (including VAT)
