Submit a notification of commencement or completion of development
Use this form to notify the Fife Council Planning team of the commencement or completion of development.
You will need to know the following information:
- Planning approval reference number
- Development site address
Where you wish to certify the development, the following additional information will be required:
- Amount of units to be covered in the certificate
- Full details of the units
- Credit or debit card details, payment is required during this form.
