Request the 'take-out and return' service

Use this form if you need assistance taking out and returning your bins from collection.

You will be asked to upload one of the following:

• Evidence of being registered disabled with a disability that prevents you from taking the bin kerbside.
• A written reference from a Social Worker, Home Carer, Housing Officer, or Elected Member.

You may be able to qualify for this service for any one of the following reasons:

• You are elderly and/or infirm and live alone with no support to put out or retrieve your bin.
• You live alone with a permanent disability or medical condition whereby you are unable to put out or retrieve your bin and have no one else that can help.
• You live alone with a temporary disability or medical condition whereby you are unable to put out or retrieve your bin and have no one else that can help.
