Report a Drain or Flooding Issue
Use this form to tell us about a problem with flooding, including issues with a drain or road gully.
What we need to know
- The exact location
- Any additional information about the drain or road gully - is it blocked or damaged?
- Any additional information about the flooding issue - Is there sewage? If so, this is a Scottish Water issue. You can report the problem directly with them on 0800 0778 778

Note: We are not responsible for the following roads:
- M90 - Queensferry Crossing to the North
- A823(M) - M90 to Rosyth/Dunfermline (past SKY Building)
- A985T - Rosyth to Kincardine Bridge, including Admiralty Road Rosyth, Main Road Crombie and Valleyfield by-pass
- A92T - Dual / Single Carriageway road from Crossgates (by Dunfermline) past Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes to Tay Road Bridge
- A977T - North of Kincardine
