Report a domestic bin issue

You can use this form to:

• report a missed bin collection
• request a new or replacement bin or small kitchen caddy (including newly built properties)
• report a damaged bin
• request a new bin recycling sticker (black, green and blue bins only as the brown bin sticker is no longer available)
• request sacks
• request a bin to be removed

Please note, you can only report individual missed bin collections after 9pm on the day of collection, and within four calendar days of the date it was scheduled to be picked up on.

The form can be used to report a bin issue for your own property or for someone else's property.

This form is only to be used for domestic bins.

Before you start

To use this service you will need:

• The address and postcode (for wheelie bins)
• Any details specific to the issue you are reporting such as date and times, or bin type

Larger bins can be requested via the Request a larger blue bin or additional grey, green, or brown bin form
