Apply for a Covid-19 Tenancy Grant
Use this form to apply for help with rent debt built up between 23 March 2020 and 9 August 2021 because of Covid-19.
To apply for this grant with this form as tenant you:
- must be a private tenant resident in Fife.
- must have built up rent debt because of Covid-19.
- must be at risk of eviction.
- must have discussed this application with your landlord as you will need to give us their details.
To apply for this grant as a landlord:
- you must be a private landlord with a tenant in Fife
- your tenant has built up rent debt because of Covid-19.
- your tenant must be at risk of eviction.
- must have discussed this application with your tenant as you will need to give us their details.
To complete this form you will need:
- a copy of the tenancy agreement, to upload.
- details of the amount of debt, and how much you need help with.
- a copy of your rent statement (or other documents showing your rent debt) to upload.
- a copy of your bank statements showing no rent payments.
- bank account details for the landlord's bank account (to pay the grant to) including account holder name, account number and sort code
- if you are the tenant:
- contact details for your landlord.
- evidence of the rent debt to upload - for example, 3 months bank statements showing no rent payment, a rent statement or other letter, emails or text messages from your landlord.
- evidence that you are at risk of eviction to upload, if you have it.
- if you are the landlord:
- contact details for your tenant.
- a copy of the rent statement (or other documents showing your rent debt) to upload.
- a copy of bank statements showing no rent payments.
- evidence that your tenant is at risk of eviction to upload, if you have it.
- a copy of a bank statement for the account we should pay any grant to.
