Use this form if your non-domestic property has been empty for a minimum of 6 months.
Relief is also restricted to properties that have a rateable value of £100,000 or less (from 1st April 2023).
The level of relief available is 100%.
For the period Fresh Start Relief is awarded, no other relief can apply.
