Apply to join Fife Housing Register
Before completing this form, you need to make sure you've done the following:
- Completed a Housing Option Plan
- This is a personalised plan, completely suited to your individual circumstances. It lists the various options that are available to address your housing needs.
- Used the FHR properties tool
- This gives you the total number and type of properties in each area of Fife. These are occupied properties. The tool can give you an idea if a property type and size is in an area. You can then make an informed decision about the areas you'd like to live in.
It would also be useful to have the following information available:
- Your email address, phone number and your National Insurance number
- Three year address history for you and any joint applicants. This should include the details of both your current and past landlords
- The names and dates of births of everyone you are including in your application. This includes those you are living with but who will not be moving with you
- Any lease or notice to leave paperwork from your landlord. We will need to see a copy of this paperwork
Anyone on your application over 16 years old, and not currently living with you, will need to complete a separate application form. This allows us to assess your application for housing correctly.
The application form should take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
