Apply for or renew an Animal Boarding Licence

Use this form to apply for a licence if you run premises in Fife for boarding cats and/or dogs or are thinking about starting one.

The licence types available are:

• Home Boarding (£137)
• 1 - 20 animals (£165)
• 21 - 49 animals (£223)
• 50 - 99 animals (£325)
• 100+ animals (£366)
• Commercial Dog Day Care 1-20 dogs (£165)
• Commercial Dog Day Care 21-49 dogs (£223)

The licence will be valid from the date that it is granted, until 31st December of that year. Applications will then need to made in October for a renewed licence to begin on the 1st January.

Payment will be requested online at the end of this form using a credit or debit card.
