Apply for minor variation of premises licence

Before you apply, please note:

  • This application should only be completed by the Licence holder of the appropriate Premises Licence, their solicitor, or an agent.
  • If you're a solicitor or an agent acting on behalf of the premises licence holder, you will be required to upload evidence that shows signed authorisation to act on behalf of the premises licence holder.

You will require the following details if the application is to substitute the current premises manager:

  • Your proposed premises manager details
  • The personal licence details held by the proposed premises manager (A copy of the Personal Licence should be uploaded unless the Personal Licence has been issued by Fife Licensing Board)

If the application is to change the Layout of the premises:

  • An amended Layout Plan

Fees

  • Applications that includes a substitute to the Premises Manager - £31
  • Applications that does not include a substitute to the Premises Manager - £20
