Applications require payment online at the end of this form, using a credit/debit card, and are non-refundable.
What you will need:
- Previous licence information
- An insurance certificate, endorsed for public or private hire use (Insurance can be produced at a later date for new applications for the grant of a licence)
- An M.O.T. certificate (applicable for all vehicles over 1-year-old)
- Pages 1 & 2 of the Vehicle Registration Certificate (V5C)
- A partnership agreement if applicable
- Credit/debit card details
