Apply for a Street Traders Licence

Use this form if you need a licence to trade in a public place.

Cost of application:

£72 - 1 year

£176 - 3 years

£55 - Temporary Licence

There is an additional £103 fee payable for each vehicle trading in food for a Certificate of Compliance with the Food Safety Act 1990.

Applications require payment online at the end of this form, using a credit/debit card, and are non-refundable.

What you will need:

  • Previous licence information
  • recent digital passport type photograph
  • registration number of the trading vehicle
  • Credit/debit card details
