Apply for a Short-term Let Licence

You can use this form to apply and pay for a licence for a Short-term Let (STL)

Payment can be made at the end of the form using a credit/debit card.

Before starting your online application

It is a requirement to upload copies of the following documents with your application form

• Current Gas Safety Certificate (for premises with gas supply)
• Current Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
• Current Portable Appliance Testing Report

You will also be required to have the following information to hand:

• EPC Certificate: (where applicable) - Valid to & Rating
• Buildings Insurance and Public Liability - Valid to
• Legionella Risk Assessment- Date Completed
• Planning permission (if required) - Please read the guidance before proceeding with the application.
• Owner Details (We will require – Full Name, D.O.B, Place of Birth, and Home Address & contact details of each person)
• Directors Details (We will require – Full Name, D.O.B, Place of Birth, and Home Address of each person)
