Apply for a Public Entertainment licence
Use this form if you want to provide entertainment - such as live music, a dance, concert, variety show or similar for members of the public, whether or not they have to pay to get in.

£176 = 3 years
A temporary Public Entertainment licence application can be made for one-off events at a cost of £55.
Applications require payment online at the end of this form using a credit/debit card and are non-refundable.
