Apply for a licence to sell animals as pets

If you sell animals as pets in Fife, or are thinking about doing this, you can use this form to apply for a licence.

The licence will be valid for 12 months.

Cost of application:

£200 (including VAT) paid online at the end of this form using a credit/debit card.

A licence will be granted once the following steps are complete:

• Completed application form
• Full payment
• Satisfactory inspection of the premises by Fife Council
