Café Inc will be back during the summer holidays for children and young people across Fife.

Café Inc provides free tasty, healthy meals while our schools are closed during the holidays. There’s no need to book, just turn up. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Any adult accompanying a child (under and over 10) can also have a meal if they wish.

Cllr Linda Erskine, Strategic Spokesperson for Communities and Leisure Services, said: “We know that there's a lot of pressure on families during the school holidays, particularly with the ongoing Cost of Living crisis which is affecting everyone in some way.”

The free lunches will be available in a number of schools and community facilities. Please be aware that meals are available only as long as stocks last.

Councillor Erskine concluded: "It's a very sad fact that during school holidays many children in Fife go hungry. We don't think this is acceptable and that’s why we continue to run Café Inc.”

Cafe Inc venues are listed on our interactive map, which is available along with other advice and help with the Cost of Living, at our.fife.scot/gethelp
