Storm Babel is on the way and the Met Office has issued weather warnings for heavy rain and wind over the next few days. This means there could be flooding and disruption in some areas.
We have advice on how to prepare for severe weather, including flooding, on the Ready Fife pages of the website. For the most up to date travel advice, look on the Travel Scotland website.
On Thursday 19 and Friday 20 October, when the warning is in force:
- Our council housing repair centre will be answering emergency calls only so that we get help to those that need us most. If you can please report emergency housing repairs online.
- You can report any housing repairs that are not an emergency online and we'll be in touch with you later to make arrangements.
Take care if you're out and about and, if you can, check in on neighbours who might need some extra support.
