Since the outbreak of coronavirus, we’ve been working in different ways to help efforts to slow the spread, whilst continuing to support our customers.
This has included making sure as many of our employees as possible are able to work from home. As a result, we’re currently dealing with emergency calls only in our contact centre.
However, we know many of our customers are online, have quick questions and would like to be able to speak to someone straight away – in the way that they would usually do through our phone call - so we’d like to remind customers that they can also get in touch with us via webchat at www.fife.gov.uk
If you have a question about bins, housing repairs, registration, rent or other council services and can’t find the answers on our website, then just click the chat button. It’s open Monday – Friday 9 am-5 pm. It’s not a robot…it’s real people from our contact centre team who will be there to help and if they don’t know the answer, they’ll know someone who does!
Don’t forget, there’s also lots of information about council services during the pandemic available at:
