Stage status: Conception
This proposed route will connect Crossford to Dunfermline. The project is in initial phases and several alignments for the route are being considered. This route will help connect the western villages to the City of Dunfermline, providing access for walking, cycling, and wheeling.
Initial consultation took place in 2023, which asked for public opinion on three potential route alignments. Feedback from this and stakeholder discussions have been used to amend and progress the proposals.

Timeline: Summer 2024 – Completion of Sustrans Places for Everyone Stage 2
