Fife Bus, Fife Council’s Demand Responsive Transport Service (DRT), provides door-to-door transport for people who are unable to access mainstream public transport.
Our minibuses have very low steps, or a passenger lift. This allows wheelchair users to travel with us too. Our friendly driving staff are on hand, to allow our passengers to board and alight. They will also assist with your seatbelt if needed.
You can see what days the service is running in your area by looking at our Fife Bus by town page.

Our Dispatch Team will take a note of where you want to go and what time you would like to travel.
We aim to provide you with a journey ten minutes either side of the time you ask for. If your travel time changes by more than ten minutes, you will receive a phone call to advise you of this.
As the service is demand responsive, there may be occasions when we cannot fulfil your transport requests or only offer one way travel. Should this happen, a member of our Dispatch Team will contact you to discuss this.
When you are using the service, there will likely be other passengers being picked up or dropped off as you travel. Please allow time for this when planning your journey.
