We may also share your information with our suppliers to enable us to deliver this service. We also provide your information to agencies such as CARF and Cosy Kingdom if appropriate. The source the personal data originates from and whether it came from publicly accessible sources (including information gathered about third parties e.g. where we have gathered information about a third party during discussions with a service user): We obtain information about you either directly from yourself or when you are referred from your child's school. We may also obtain information from other services such as Social Work or Family Support Services or from previous referrals made to Support and Connect.
