Please use the online form below if you need to order a new key/fob for your communal door entry system. If your fob is damaged or faulty, there is no need to complete the online form. You can take the fob to your nearest Customer Service Centre and a replacement will be issued.
Anyone can order one, whether you're a council tenant or a private tenant/homeowner. You will be asked if the fob is for you or for someone else and why you need a replacement fob.
The cost is £10 per key/fob and payment will be required before we can order one for you.
A housing officer will be in touch within seven working days, to arrange collection at your nearest Customer Service Centre. You will need to bring ID.
