Before reporting an unlicensed Short-term Let, please check the STL Public Register to see if an application for a licence has been made. The Public Register shows ‘validated applications’ and ‘apps to be validated’.
Complaints From Guests – for a Licensed Short-term Let only
Concerns from guests should be raised with the host or operator in the first instance. If this cannot be resolved, they should contact shorttermlets@fife.gov.uk. The email should state the licensed Short Term Let address and the concerns around the operation of the licence.
