Project Details
The new development at Spencerfields, Inverkeithing, is situated on what was previously open land. It has brought a mixture of two, three, and four bedroom properties to the area. The development includes cottage flats, bungalows, and terraced and semi-detached houses.
This development is one of the final projects from Fife Council's Phase 3 Affordable Housing Programme, which has delivered 3,500 new affordable houses across all areas of Fife. It was built for the Council in partnership with Taylor Wimpey.
The new homes have provided tenants with energy efficient homes, which include solar panels to help reduce utility costs. The properties also meet Scottish Government Sustainability standards, Housing for Varying Needs, and Secure By Design.
