This project is located on new land off Foxton Drive, South Glenrothes, at Stenton. Schools, College, local shops and other amenities are located a short distance away.
A total of 42 new affordable homes have been delivered in Glenrothes by Keepmoat Homes, as part of Fife Council’s affordable housing programme. These were handed over in phases, starting with 12 in June 2024 and a further 30 properties later on in the year. There will also be an amenity/play area nearby.
The completed development has been constructed to an exceedingly high standard, and meets Secure by Design standards for security.
These homes will be owned and managed by Fife Council’s Housing Services.
