Wherever you live in Fife, a local plan is now available outlining the steps we are taking to provide the best homes possible for our tenants.
Area Committees approved ‘area housing plans’, noting the work required on:
- New homes
- Letting empty houses
- Improving properties
- Looking after tenancies
Area housing team leaders are responsible for delivering the local plans with local people. They have committed to making progress updates to elected members and developing tenant forums. You can access your area housing plan from the list of publications below.
