We operate an emergency repair service, both in and out of normal working hours. This is for repairs that may cause risk to tenants, the public or the environment. Examples of emergency repairs can include:
- Your door doesn’t lock, and your home isn't secure
- There's been a suspected gas leak at your home and your gas needs to be capped at the meter for safety.
- Suspected carbon monoxide leak or flashing detector
- Tiles or pieces of brick are falling from your home, on to a public path or area
- Blocked or leaking toilet
Depending on the repair type, someone will be sent out to the property, either within the day or 24 hours of that job being generated.
