Self-Directed Support

Self-Directed Support(SDS) is a personalised approach to arranging care and support for children and adults who have been assessed as being eligible for funded care and support.

SDS offers people choice, control and flexibility over how their support is arranged for them to meet the outcomes agreed in their support plan.
