The Hire of School Buildings for Community Organisations
The process for external organisations, clubs and individuals, is as follows:
- Wherever possible, external bookings should make use of facilities that are already open and managed by community use staff in the evenings and weekends
- If you are thinking about holding an event, you can contact the Events team by emailing fifeevents@fife.gov.uk or calling 01592 583109
- Enquiries for bookings can be sent to enquiries.communityuse@fife.gov.uk
- If community use facilities can not accommodate the booking, for example in rural schools, the Education Service will consider these requests through the School Lets process
Requests should be sent to schoollets@fife.gov.uk. If approved, an application form with hire charges will be issued.
