Saline Community Centre

The refurbishment work carried out to Saline Community Centre included replacing the pyramid shaped roof with a new mono pitched roof as well as fitting replacement tiles to the existing pitched roof. The thermal properties of existing external walls have been improved, external render to the perimeter of the building has been replaced and internal areas have been partly refurbishment including general decoration as well as new lights and new floor coverings installed.

This work has improved the life span of the building and will provide an enhanced space that the community can use for many years to come.

Property Services provided detailed design plans, client support services and the work was undertaken by Fife Council Building Services in conjunction with local contractors.
