Levenmouth Business Units

Funding was received from Fife Council, the Levenmouth Reconnect Programme and the City Region Deal to create 7 new business units which range in size and have potential to combine units together if required.  The units are fully functional with covered pedestrian entrances, WC facilities, heating, lighting and parking provision.

This development will provide and sustain jobs in Fife for the foreseeable future.

This project was delivered in partnership with Building Services, supported by local contractors and Property Services provided detailed design plans and client support services.
