Adam Smith Theatre

The refurbishment of the Adam Smith Theatre has been a major capital investment by Fife Council and has been completely transformed into an iconic reinvigorated building which will guarantee its future for many years to come.

The fully refurbished theatre is now a place for people to meet and network and is a centre for creativity and culture for Kirkcaldy and beyond.

Property Services were responsible for the project from inception to completion and provided client support services and the work was undertaken by Fife Council Building Services in conjunction with local contractors.
