Local Authorities in Scotland have a statutory duty to provide a service for the registration of births, still-births, deaths and marriages.
There are currently four registration offices in Fife, all operating on an appointment system. The offices providing registration services are:
- Cupar Customer Service Centre - County Buildings, St Catherine Street, Cupar, KY15 4TA
- Dunfermline Customer Service Centre - City Chambers, Kirkgate, Dunfermline, KY12 7ND
- Glenrothes Customer Service Centre - Fife House, North Street, Glenrothes, KY7 5LT
- Kirkcaldy Customer Service Centre - Town House, 2 Wemyssfield, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1XW
