Stage hypnotism licence - If you are giving:
- an exhibition;
- demonstration; or
- performance of hypnotism in Fife
you must have permission from Fife Council. You must follow any conditions attached to:
- the hypnotism licence; or
- added to any existing Public Entertainment Licence for the premises.
Eligibility
There are no restrictions in law on who may apply for this licence. A licence is not needed for an exhibition, demonstration or performance of hypnotism:
- for scientific or research purposes;
- for the treatment of physical or mental diseases.
