Apply for a licence to keep an animal welfare establishment

If you operate an animal welfare establishment in Fife, or are thinking about doing this, you can use this form to apply for a licence.

A licence may be granted or renewed for a period of 1, 2, or 3 years depending on the outcome of the inspection, from the date that it is granted.

Cost of application:

£200 (including VAT) paid online at the end of this form using a credit/debit card.

A licence will be granted once the following steps are complete:

• Completed application form
• Full payment
• Satisfactory inspection of the premises by Fife Council
