The Independent Living Advice Hub provides access to a meeting and resource space, available to a wide range of support and preventative services promoting independent living.
The hub provides a coordinated approach, where partners, services and third sector organisations work together to support people in the community.

- Smart Life in Fife/Life Curve advice,

- Physical, mental and sensory impairment advice
Independent Living Advice Hub: Room Pods
Fife Council Housing Service’s and Fife, Health and Social Care room pods showcase independence and wellbeing in a homely setting. The pods provide a safe and accessible space to be assessed for equipment and adaptations.

Other Organisations:
- Disabled Persons Housing Service - provides full independent housing information, for disabled people in Fife, assisting them to find the right housing solution that meets their needs.
- The Well - a place where you can drop in, both in your community and online and find out information and receive general advice to help you stay well and independent.
- Putting People First - made up of Community Learning and Development, Community Social Work, and Housing, for the Kirkcaldy area. The aim of PPF is to reach people who would benefit from a relationship with a trusted professional, who can work alongside them to help them achieve self-identified goals.
- Fife Health and Social Care Community Occupational Therapists - works with adults with disabilities to maximise independence, and/or enable safer care within a person’s home environment.
- Kingdom Housing Association / Kingdom Support & Care - supports individuals to have a safe and secure home, to live as independently as possible in their own home, to live as full a life as possible and to be part of their local community.
- Deaf Blind Scotland Carers Advice Project - aims to support carers, and/or the cared for person with sensory loss, to access their rights and entitlements.
- Link Life Fife - a community led support service (non-clinical) for anyone in Fife who may benefit from additional support to manage stress, anxiety, or feelings of being overwhelmed that are affecting their mental health or general wellbeing.
- Improving the Cancer Journey - a partnership provided by Fife Health and Social Care and Macmillan Cancer Support to help people living in Fife affected by cancer to get the support they need, whether it’s financial, emotional, medical or practical.
- Alzheimer Scotland - Scotland’s national dementia charity. Fife Dementia Resource Centre supports people with dementia, their families, relatives and friends at any stage of the illness.
- Connect Fife - dedicated to supporting individuals and organisations with digital skills.
- Seescape - the leading provider of support services for people with a visual impairment in Fife.
Fife Federation of Tenants and Residents Associations (FFOTRA)
FFOTRA are located in the same building at 251 High Street, Kirkcaldy. It's a voluntary organisation set up to represent Tenants views on all issues relating to Social Housing and Neighbourhood Development. Their aim is to bring tenants and residents together to form TRA’s (Tenants and Residents Associations) to work on issues of collective interests within their community. They provide free independent advice, information, and training for groups.
