This booklet contains general information about the aims and organisation of St Agatha's RC Primary School. I hope you will find this information helpful.
You will see from our "Charter for Catholic Schools" that, in developing as a community of faith and learning, we strive to provide the highest quality of education alongside the promotion of Gospel values.
The staff and I feel that a close partnership between home and school is vital, so that your child can be happy and work towards goals. We count on parents' support in this respect.
If you are undecided as to which school your child should attend, and would like first to see round the school, please write, telephone or call into school to arrange a visit. Before admission there will be meetings, in school, for parents and entrant infants. On these occasions the children will be given the opportunity to spend some time in the primary 1 class and staff will meet parents to discuss general school information, organisation and how best
to prepare your child for school and support them when they are at school.
