Dairsie Primary is a spacious, well-equipped school where all staff are committed to enabling the children to improve and achieve their full potential. We try to ensure all the children experience the full curriculum and are given opportunities to take part in events involving pupils from other schools. Recognising improvement and achievement is an important part of school life.
All staff actively encourage respect and tolerance through promoting activities involving diversity and racial awareness. We use positive behaviour management strategies which are very effective in our daily lives in school. All pupils are given the opportunity to share skills with parents and the wider community. Close links are maintained with other local schools, particularly Balmullo Primary School where Dairsie pre-school children attend nursery. After School Club facilities are also available at Balmullo. Children are collected by taxi from Dairsie. Parents are welcome to contact the school at anytime should they have any concerns or queries - no matter how small.
