Terms of Reference:
- to hear representations against any decision proposing to refuse an application for registration of any residential establishment which requires to be registered under the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 or to cancel or impose any condition on any such registration and to determine the matter, with powers.
- to consider objections to any notice served under the provisions of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 or any other legislation providing for registration of persons providing day care or childminding services for children in Fife, with powers.
